4. How long are their performances?
Each artiste group will bring you up to 40 minutes of live performances.

5. Will there be any General or Premium zones?
There are no designated zones; arrive early to secure a front-row view and get up close to your idols.
观演分区吗？
本音乐节不分区。建议您提早到场，以便抢占前排最佳观演位，近距离看到您的偶像。
6. Can I choose my preferred seats?
No, One Love Asia Festival is a free-standing event without any reserved seating.
能否预选座位?
本音乐节为全场站席，无座位。
7. What is the minimum age to attend the event?
The minimum age to attend the event is three (3) years old (as of festival date) with the purchase of a valid pass. Infants in arms and children below three (3) years old will not be allowed into the festival. Children under the age of twelve (12) years old must be accompanied by an adult.
音乐节有年龄限制吗?
活动最低年龄限制为3岁，需购票入场。3岁以下儿童不得入场，12岁以下儿童入场需成人陪同。
8. What time will doors open on the festival day?
Doors will open at 3PM (GMT +8).

9. Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend?
No refunds or exchanges will be issued after the transaction has been completed.

10. What are the ticket collection methods available if I were to purchase ticket(s) to the festival?
An email confirmation with the e-ticket(s) will be sent to your email inbox upon successful purchase of the ticket(s). Kindly ensure that you have entered a valid email address during purchase.
如果要购买音乐节门票，可以通过哪些方式取票？

11. Do I need my e-ticket for entry?
Upon successful scanning of your e-ticket, ushers will issue you with the event wristband. Only wristband holders can enter the venue.
需要电子门票才能入场吗？
成功验证电子门票后，工作人员将会给您当日的音乐节手环。仅凭音乐节手环方可入场。
12. Can l authorise another person to collect the wristbands on behalf of me?
No. We have to verify your e-ticket in exchange for the wristband. Please be responsible for your own wristband as any lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced.
能否授权第三者领取手环？
不可以。需先完成电子门票验证，方可换取音乐节手环。请自行妥善保管手环，遗失或损坏的手环将无法补发。
13. Can I enter the venue if I am late?
The festival opens at 3PM (GMT +8). Entry is allowed anytime with a valid wristband. The latest time for admission is 9.45PM (GMT +8). However, we recommend arriving early to experience all performances.
迟到还能入场吗？
入场时间为下午3点 (GMT +8)。凭有效手环，可随时入场。最晚入场时间为晚上9点45分 (GMT +8)。我们强烈建议您早点到，尽享完整精彩演出。
14. Is re-entry allowed?
For safety and an optimal experience, re-entry is not permitted. Please plan accordingly before entering.
离场后还能进场吗？
为确保安全及最佳观演体验，入场仅限一次。请在入场前做好安排。
15. Can I bring my own food and drinks in?
Outside food and drinks are prohibited. F&B booths will be available inside the festival venue. However, you may bring in empty water bottles (no PET plastic bottles).
能否自备食物及饮料带入场地？
禁止外带食物及饮料入场。活动内设有F&B摊位贩卖饮品和美食。您可以携带空的水瓶入场，但不可携带PET塑料瓶（宝特瓶）。
16. Can I bring my water bottle in?
Only reusable water bottles (no PET plastic bottles) are accepted inside the venue, please empty yours before entry.
A tap water refill station will be available, and mineral water will be sold at drink booths along with other beverages.
可以携带水瓶入场吗？
仅允许携带可重复使用的水瓶入场（不可携带PET塑料瓶）。请确保您的水瓶在入场前已倒空。
场内将设有自来水补水站供观众使用，所有饮品摊位也会售卖矿泉水。
17. Can you help me verify a ticket I purchased from 3rd party websites or resellers?
Kindly refrain from purchasing tickets from strangers or third parties, as this carries the risk of invalid tickets with no refunds. Tickets are exclusively sold at www.onelovetix.com .
The organiser may deny entry to fans deemed unfit to attend. They also reserve the right to amend these terms without prior notice or explanation.
